This stupid magazine was sent to me without my ever requesting it. Now I've got to stop the "subscription" that they've recorded for me. I don't think much of a magazine that bills me for something that I never ordered. |

BORING AND AFFECTED |
|
The models are cute, BUT the articles inane, the advertising is hyped and unrealistic, and the feature stories just plain painful. I never subscribed to this magazine, but somehow I got on their mailing list and have been receiving it free for over 3 years. Go figure. I even tried to cancel the subscription with no results. Maybe they do that to increase their circulation numbers, because, based on the merits of the magazine, it should have folded a long time ago. |

GENRE has taken a turn for the funny. There is no writing for writing's sake any more. The new team there has given it a hipper, savvier vibe. Plus there are freakin hot guys on the cover and throughout the magazine! |
