What have I been missing! |

I recently bought a Clif Bar to try - Chocolate Brownie, not included in this variety pack, but ate half before running on the treadmill and I ran for a long time! Wooo! And it tastes so good. No need to eat the whole thing at once as it is 240 cal. I haven't yet trying in lieu of breakfast but sounds like a neat idea :D |

These taste great and are very dense. Perfect for someone very very active. They are high-calorie though, so definitely not meant for a less active person, unless it's a meal replacement. |

I bought this product as a small meal suppliment. I live alone and don't often cook for myself so these work out great, They do keep my energy level higher (I am in my late 60's) and ward off hunger. Just ordered more of a different flavor. Thanks for a terrific product. |
