Q: Why is the price different when I add my product to the shopping cart?
A: The reason why you see a different price is because another customer just bought the last item at the discounted price. Now, a new competitive price is on sale for that product which is showing in your shopping cart. If you feel that this price is not what you are looking for, please check back with us at a later time. We drastically lower our prices on all products once we replenish our inventory.
Q: How come I don't get Free Shipping with my order when I'm checking out?
A: Qualified items will say "eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping" on the detail page (click on the image or title of the product from browse search). Orders with "eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping" shown in the detail page would require to be over $25 be qualify for our special shipping promotion.
Q: How come there are some products which has "eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping" on the browse page, but when I click on the detail page I can not see "eligible for FREE Shipping" any longer?
A: The reason why you no longer see "eligible for FREE Shipping" is because the special discount and promotion just ran out or the last few items with the special promotion was recently bought by another customer. It takes just a few minutes before the browse page syncs up to our detail page. As so, our detail page and Shopping cart is in Real-Time regarding prices and special promotion.
How can I find a specific product I'm looking for?
There are a couple ways to find the right product you are looking for. You can click on a category on the left hand side of our store which will narrow your search to subcategories. Click on the subcategory you desire until you find exactly what you want. Another way is to find a product using our search located at the top left of the page.

How do I find out the delivery time on my items?
